Asiph 28 Yr old male was admitted in bhopal multispeciality hospital with chief complaints of RTA/ polytrauma/ gangrene in right lower limb. xray revealed fracture right tibia fibula. ct angiogram done outside revealed severe vascular compromise in right lower limb. patient was adviced to undergo amputation of right lower limb in other private hospital in view of it. At bhopal multispeciality hospital patient had undergone successful microvascular reconstruction surgery for gangrene and external fixator application. patient responded well to treatment. due to timely intervention and prompt management loss of lower limb of patient was salvaged. patient had recovered well and later underwent skin grafting and flap surgery for wound. now patient is completely cured and he is living a healthy life
