Meena 60yr old female had presented to bhopal multispeciality hospital with swelling over left thigh. MRI LEFT thigh was suggestive of neoplasm with neovascularity. she had undergone successful oncosurgery at bmh. post surgery her condition got improved over the course of treatment. she was discharged in a hemodynamically stable condition from hospital.
