Dhul ji 54 yr old male presented with acute chest pain since 1day at bhopal multispeciality hospital . ecg revealed st elevation in anterior leads suggestive of anterior wall myocardial infarction. patient immediately underwent successful angiography which revealed lesion in LAD 90% blockage. patient was discharged in a hemodynamically stable condition from hospital.
