Chest Pain, Diaphoresis and Orthopnea.

Maksood khan 50 Yr old male hypertensive and chronic smoker presented to bhopal multispeciality hospital with symptoms of acute chest pain, diaphoresis and orthopnea. ecg was suggestive of acute coronary syndrome – STEMI anterior wall myocardial infarction. patient had immediately undergone successful thrombolysis and over the course of treatment patient responded well. he was discharged in a hemodynamically stable condition from hospital
