Dhapu bai 74 Yr old female was brought to bhopal multispeciality hospital in a very critical condition as a case of RTA /polytrauma /multiple fractures in upper and lower limb. she was immediately managed and she underwent successful orthopedic surgery. over the course of treatment her condition got improved. she was discharged in a hemodynamically stable condition from hospital.
